With Salesforce
You do the work, later
- Demo ends. Great call.
- Log the call in Salesforce. Activity, opportunity fields, next step.
- Write the follow-up. Find the proposal template.
- Sent, a day after the call.
Salesforce is built for big sales teams with people to run it. For a founder-led team, most of it sits unused and the rest needs typing in. Viro is the self-executing CRM. It fills itself in from your calls and does the follow-up for you.

A good demo on a busy day. Here's what happens next with each.
You do the work, later
Done while the call is fresh
Every job that comes out of a sales call, and who ends up doing it.
| The Job | With Salesforce | With Viro |
|---|---|---|
| Record what was said on the call | You type notes after the call | Viro records it and pulls out what matters: who decides, the budget, what you promised |
| Keep the deal up to date | You update opportunity fields and stages by hand | Updates itself after every call. Stage changes come to you for a yes |
| Write the follow-up email | You write it yourself | Written in your voice and texted to you. Reply "send it" and it's sent |
| Make the proposal | You build it from a template | Made for you and attached to the email |
| Book the next meeting | You go back and forth on email | Times offered in the follow-up, booked when they pick one |
| Calls from your dialer | Logged, and you type the notes | Followed up just like a video call |
| Prepare for your next call | You dig through old activity | A one-page brief and a plan for how to run the call |
| They say "call us back in Q3" | A task you have to remember to set | Viro follows up in Q3 without you having to remember |
| Running it | An admin to set it up and keep it working | Log in and it works. Nothing to configure |
| Working from your phone | Open the app and update it yourself | Text or send a voice note to Iris and she does the work |

Set your calls and admin time. This is roughly what the work after your calls adds up to.
230 hrs
a year on notes, follow-ups, proposals and CRM updates. That's 6 full working weeks. Viro does that work for you.

Log in to Salesforce from Viro and your history, fields and stages come across. The admin work stays behind.
It won't, unless you say so. Every follow-up comes to you first, by text or in the app, and nothing goes out until you reply "send it". You choose how much Viro does on its own, and you can change that any time.
No exports. Log in to your old CRM from Viro and it moves everything across: contacts, companies, deals and history. Nothing is written until you've checked the mapping, and Iris is ready for your next meeting the same day.
