Use case

Viro for founder-led sales

Short answer

If you're a founder who still does the selling, your calls usually go well. It's the work between calls that slips. Viro handles that work: it briefs you before each call, writes the follow-up in your voice with the proposal attached afterwards, updates the CRM itself, and texts you on iMessage so you can approve it from anywhere.

Why founders lose deals after good calls

Founders sell well. You know the product better than anyone and buyers like hearing it from you. But every deal runs through you on top of hiring, building and fundraising, so the recap, the proposal and the check-in two weeks later are what get squeezed. That's where good deals go quiet.

What Viro takes off your plate

  • The follow-up. Written from what was actually said, in your voice, with the proposal, deck, term sheet or contract built from your knowledge base and attached.
  • The CRM. Contacts, companies, notes, close dates and next steps fill themselves in. Stage moves come to you for a yes.
  • The long tail. Nudges when a deal stalls, check-ins months later on the timing the buyer gave you, and win-back drafts for your old leads in your first week.
  • The calls you can't make. In Proxy mode Iris can take a call for you and send you the notes.

Built for how founders actually sell

  • Phone and video. Calls on your dialer are followed up just like video meetings.
  • From your phone. Approve a follow-up with “send it”, move a deal with “yes”, or send Iris a voice memo after a coffee meeting.
  • In your voice. Nothing carries Viro branding. Your buyers see your work.
  • Your limits. Start with everything drafted for approval and give Viro more room as it earns your trust. Your biggest deals always wait for you.

Who it's for, and who it isn't

A good fit

  • Founders who are still the company's best salesperson
  • Teams of up to a few sellers without a CRM admin
  • Founders who sell on calls and the phone

Not the right fit

  • Founders whose main need is cold outbound volume
  • Companies with a large sales floor and a RevOps team

No. Viro is built for founders who sell themselves. Pro is a single seat for one person selling, at $97 a month.

Not by default. Every follow-up comes to you first and a one-word reply sends it. You decide when Viro can send on its own.

Yes. Log in to your old CRM from Viro and it moves everything across, or upload an export. Nothing is written until you've checked it.
