You didn't buy HubSpot to spend
your evenings updating it.

HubSpot holds whatever you type into it. Viro is the self-executing CRM. It fills in the record, writes the follow-up, builds the proposal and books the next meeting from what was said on the call. You approve it and move on.

Viro, the self-executing CRM

After a demo.

A good demo on a busy day. Here's what happens next with each.

With HubSpot

You do the work, later

  1. Demo ends. Great call.
  2. Back to everything else. Email, a hire, a fire. The recap waits.
  3. Back in HubSpot. Notes, stage, next step, close date.
  4. Write the follow-up. Dig out the proposal template.
  5. Sent, five hours after the call.

With Viro

The work is done while the call is fresh

  1. Demo ends. Great call.
  2. Iris texts you. Follow-up ready, proposal attached, Thursday held. Move Helix to Proposal?
  3. You reply "send it" and "yes" from wherever you are. Dana has it the same afternoon.
  4. Nothing left to do.

Who does what after the call.

Every job that comes out of a sales call, and who ends up doing it.

No exports. Log in to your old CRM from Viro and it moves everything across: contacts, companies, deals and history. Nothing is written until you've checked the mapping, and Iris is ready for your next meeting the same day.

It won't, unless you say so. Every follow-up comes to you first, by text or in the app, and nothing goes out until you reply "send it". You choose how much Viro does on its own, and you can change that any time.

There's very little to learn. Most of the work comes to your team by text, and they reply. The app is there when they want the full picture of a deal.

It comes with you. Contacts, companies, deals, stages and past activity move into Viro and are merged with your inbox and calendar, so every deal starts with its full story.
