With Rox
Two systems
- Keep your Salesforce or HubSpot. Connect it to Rox.
- Connect your data, email and calendar. Set up agents for your accounts.
- Agent work is metered, so usage is something you watch.
Rox runs a swarm of agents on top of Salesforce and your data for big enterprise sales teams. Viro is the self-executing CRM for founders and small teams. It replaces your CRM, follows up on every call and texts you the work. No warehouse, no extra system, nothing to set up.

What it takes before the follow-up writes itself.
Two systems
One system, working from day one
Every job that comes out of a sales call, and who ends up doing it.
| The Job | With Rox | With Viro |
|---|---|---|
| Who it's built for | Large enterprise sales teams | Founders and small teams who sell |
| Your CRM | Sits on top of Salesforce or HubSpot, so you keep paying for both | Viro is your CRM. One system, one bill |
| Getting started | Connect Salesforce and your data, then set up agents | Log in to your old CRM. Viro works from your first call |
| Write the follow-up email | A draft for you to review | Written in your voice and texted to you. Reply "send it" and it's sent |
| Make the proposal or deck | An agent can draft one | Made for you and attached to the follow-up automatically |
| They say "call us back in Q3" | A reminder to follow up | The check-in itself, written and ready to send in Q3 |
| Old and lost leads | Agents that find new buyers | Win-back emails to the leads you already have, written in your first week |
| Calls from your dialer | Built around meetings, email and your CRM | Followed up just like a video call |
| Working from your phone | Open the app and ask, or talk to it | Iris texts you when something's ready. Reply to send it |

230 hrs
a year on notes, follow-ups, proposals and CRM updates. That's 6 full working weeks. Viro does that work for you.

It does, and you go to it and ask. Iris texts you first when something's ready, and a one-word reply sends it. You don't have to remember to check.
No. Viro is your CRM. Log in to Salesforce from Viro, your history comes across, and you're down to one system and one bill.
It won't, unless you say so. Every follow-up comes to you first, by text or in the app, and nothing goes out until you reply "send it". You choose how much Viro does on its own, and you can change that any time.
