The best Lightfield alternatives in 2026
by Banjo Adesuyi

The best Lightfield alternative depends on what you want to change. Choose Viro if you want the work after every call done for you, Attio to design your own CRM, HubSpot for marketing and sales in one platform, folk for LinkedIn-led selling, Day AI for a CRM you can talk to, and Clarify for a free tier.
Disclosure: Viro wrote this page, and Viro competes with Lightfield and with every tool listed here. Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page, checked on November 7, 2026. Where another tool is the better pick, we say so.
Why people look for a Lightfield alternative
Lightfield is good at capturing context from email and calls. Most people who look elsewhere aren't unhappy with that. They've hit one of four limits:
- The price jump. Starter is $89 a user for up to three people. The fourth person moves you to Pro at $999 a month, billed annually, which is roughly $12,000 a year.
- The suggestions still need you. Lightfield's docs say updates from your conversations are surfaced as suggestions first, so someone has to go through them.
- The follow-through starts with you. Follow-ups and check-ins happen when you ask the agent or build an automation.
- Phone calls. Lightfield has no built-in dialer or automatic call tracking, though a voice dialer is listed as coming soon on its Growth plan.

What five people would pay
This is where the choice gets clearer, because Lightfield's price changes shape once you pass three seats.
| Tool | Plan | Monthly cost for 5 people |
|---|---|---|
| Lightfield | Pro, billed annually | $999 |
| Viro | Growth | $985 |
| Attio | Plus, billed annually | $175 |
| folk | Standard, billed annually | $120 |
| HubSpot Sales Hub | Starter | $100 |
| Clarify | Starter, unlimited seats | $50, with 5,000 credits a month |
These are list prices for the plans shown, and higher plans or usage can cost more. Attio's workflows and AI run on credits, and Clarify's plans are built around monthly credits, so check what your usage would cost. Viro isn't the cheapest option here. It costs more because it does more of the work, so compare it against the time and deals you'd otherwise lose.
The alternatives in detail
Viro: for the work after the call
Viro is a revenue execution platform that does the work around every deal, from the follow-up and proposal when a call ends to the check-in months later, so you close more of the deals you already have. It finds deals that went quiet in your first week and drafts a message for each, and it drafts the referral ask after a win. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and it follows up calls from your dialer the same way as video calls.
Skip it if: you need cold outbound or call scoring and coaching. Those aren't what Viro is for. The $97 Pro plan is also one seat and doesn't include iMessage, so teams that want approvals by text need Growth at $197 a seat.
Attio: for building your own CRM
Attio gives you objects, attributes, workflows and agents, so you can shape the CRM around how you sell. If you enjoy building systems, that flexibility is the point.
Skip it if: you want it working this week. Flexibility pays off when you have time to set it up and to rebuild it when your process changes.
Day AI: for a CRM you can talk to
Day AI is the closest to Lightfield in spirit: it builds from your conversations, you can ask it questions, and it can draft documents. It also has a free plan, which Lightfield doesn't.
Skip it if: you're moving because you want more done without asking. It's worth testing how much starts without you. Its paid plan is priced per agent, so check how that maps to your team.
folk: for relationship-led selling
folk suits teams who find their deals on LinkedIn and in their network. It's built around capturing and organising contacts simply, without much setup.
Skip it if: your deals run through recorded calls and you want the work after them handled.
HubSpot Sales Hub: for one platform
HubSpot is the safe choice if marketing and sales need to live together, and its free plan is a low-risk start. It has a large integration marketplace, which is a real gap in younger tools.
Skip it if: nobody on your team will look after it. Costs also grow as you add seats, hubs and onboarding. Viro's HubSpot comparison goes through this in detail.
Clarify: for early-stage founders
Clarify has a free tier and a low flat Starter price with unlimited seats, which makes it easy to try when you have no budget yet.
Skip it if: you expect heavy usage, because credits are what you're really paying for.
How to choose
Start with the limit that made you look, then match it:
| If your problem is | Look at |
|---|---|
| The work after calls isn't getting done | Viro |
| Lightfield's price past three seats | Attio, folk, Clarify |
| You want full control of the data model | Attio |
| Marketing needs to sit in the same system | HubSpot |
| Your deals start on LinkedIn | folk |
| You like asking an AI about your deals, and want a free plan | Day AI |
| A lot of your selling happens by phone | Viro, or check the dialer support of each tool |
Mistakes to avoid when switching
- Comparing on features alone. Run one real week of calls through a trial and count what got done without you.
- Using old prices. Lightfield's pricing has changed repeatedly in 2026, so check each vendor's page before you budget.
- Ignoring seat limits. Work out your price at your headcount a year from now, not today.
- Switching without checking your data. Confirm how your deals and history move across before you commit. Here's how to switch without losing deals.
